July 1 Carson Shumway Mon, Jul 1, 1:36 PM (2 days ago) to  me FOOD & PUPPIES HEY whats up everyone! i know last weeks email was kinda real but this week was awesome! so normally we have lunch with member everysingle day! but this week like nobody wanted to eat lunch with us hahah! not really they just gave us money to make or buy our own food! so i showed elder França how us americanos make BBQ chicken sandwhiches!! they were freaking fire! hahah and the next day we made some solid burgers! and then saturday nights our "mother" of the ward came over and dropped off a solid chocolate cake!  oh me and my comp are cool just to let everyone know. we are being more obedient :) hahah this week we met this guy named fernando and he liked the fact of our church because "the catholics" steal the peoples money just to use it for them selves and not the church! so he was super excited to come to church with us! hahah ...

June 24 me and my comp are trying to be more obedient. i called him out on saturday and he got really mad and didnt talk to me until this morning and he said hes sorry. so we didnt make the goal because we stayed home one day, and thten zone conference and then we had to prep a baptism and stuff NOT THE NORMAL MISSIONARY EMAIL so not going to lie to you guys before the mission every kid looks at missionaries and thinks that they all so wonderful rule following people. but in reality in sorry its not true haha. these last 3 weeks have been crazy hard for me, ive been laid up in bed because walking has killed the boys, so its been really hard to stay obedient like getting up on time, ready scriptures, going and working. and ever since the beginning of the trasfer ive been allowing my companion to call other missionaries in our mission which is against the rules! so this week we had our final zone confrence with our president and he said that hes so glad he can trust me and ho...

June 17 Carson Shumway Mon, Jun 17, 1:49 PM to  me WELL IM NOT PREGNANT hey everyone how are you doing! first off i wanna tell everyone who emailed me this week thank you, "thanks mom and grandma for the emails!" done So this week was terrible! i didnt do anything! actually so last saturday when i was riding a bull! yeah crazy! i felt a pop inbetween my legs and it hurt crazy crazy bad! so i talked to our health lady for the mission and she said i should go to the hospital hahha. so i went to the hospital wednesday with my last companion elder clark cause he got this rash on his butt hahah super embaressing ahhahaha so i get to the hospital and this doctor asked me what happened and i told him then he asked to see the area of pain. so i showed him and he looked for like 2 seconds and said okay, go to the other room. didnt even ask more questions or feel if anything was wrong! so i went to this other room witha ton of sick...

June 10 Carson Shumway Mon, Jun 10, 1:59 PM to  me WHAT WAS IN OUR HOUSE?! hows it going everyone! sorry last weeks email was super short and boring but i thought the pics were pretty solid! but anyways this week was pretty fun! we met some super cool people and im able to teach a lot because my comp is super layed back and wants me to learn as much as i can! i can really tell my portuguese is getting better!  a experience i had this week that really showed myself how much i care for these people ven thouh i dont realize it was when we were passing by one of our dates house(a person who has a date for baptism). we passed by and his wife who i have mentioned in my emails before came out and i asked why they didnt go to church and she then began to tell us that her husband doesnt believe what we are teaching him and that he thinks God isnt realy. and she was crying cause shes a less active member and has a strong testimone...
