Elder Carson Shumway

Hey everyone!!! thanks everyone who emailed me this week. i really appreciate it! And just to let everyone know, if you want an email from me you have to email me first cause i dont have any emails with me! i know not smart on my part!  So this week was a crazy ride haha so we had our first pday on wednesday and we got to go the the Campinas Temple and wow that was amazing! It is such a pretty temple, i mean not as pretty as the Gilbert temple (sidebar the gilbert temple seems to always pop up as my screen saver when we use the computers for language study #blessed). The Temple was about an hour and a half away so the bus ride there was so nice cause the bus seats are 20x more comfortable then the beds at this place! But on the way back i sat next to a kid from the other district from the US that arrived the same day as us and he literally ranted about how his district has so much beef(problems for you old people)! it was the funniest hour of this whole trip!  So we sp...

HELLO EVERYBODY! i made it to brazil! yes the plane ride was exhausting but we made! the mtc is so cool! i got my companion and his name is Elder Nielson hes from virginia and we are going to the same mission! there are 5 of us in my distract going to my mission! Elder nielson is kinda nerdy but hes actually really funny at times! but there are 2 other elders in my distract that are just the best! elder deschepper and Elder young!  elder young reminds me a ton of my firned brogan heath and there almost the exact same person i love it!  Food is nasty lets get that clear hahahah wanna know something kinda crazy hahahahha....... i feel like such a minority out here its crazy hahha almost everyone here is fluent in Portuguese. i freaking love brazilians though! they are so silly oh my gosh hahah ive been told a sign of love here is that the guys will make fun of you to show they care about you so funny story ive been pretty white and pasty from the winter in arizona and so ...
