Hey everyone!!! thanks everyone who emailed me this week. i really appreciate it! And just to let everyone know, if you want an email from me you have to email me first cause i dont have any emails with me! i know not smart on my part! 

So this week was a crazy ride haha so we had our first pday on wednesday and we got to go the the Campinas Temple and wow that was amazing! It is such a pretty temple, i mean not as pretty as the Gilbert temple (sidebar the gilbert temple seems to always pop up as my screen saver when we use the computers for language study #blessed). The Temple was about an hour and a half away so the bus ride there was so nice cause the bus seats are 20x more comfortable then the beds at this place! But on the way back i sat next to a kid from the other district from the US that arrived the same day as us and he literally ranted about how his district has so much beef(problems for you old people)! it was the funniest hour of this whole trip! 

So we spend more than half our day in our class room and sometimes we get really burnt out super fast! so we got a class bet. we even gave him a name! so  me and elder young were playing with our class pet and Young decided to throw our pet at me and it bounced off the table off my shoulder and out our window which is on the third floor of this building ahahahha! and for those of you who are reading this thinking we are terrible people our class pet was a wooden knob we ripped out of hanging rack in our room hahaha 

Portuguese is wack. Its super rough and being district leader i feel like i should be one of the best to give a good example to my district. but im the worst in the district which is extremely frustrating but yesterday during gospel doctrine we were given a scripture and its Mosiah 4:27 it talks about how we shouldn't do things with more strength then we have. And that really hit home to me, ive been putting a burden on myself to learn this language at the same pace as the smartest kid in my district which isnt smart. ive realized the lord will bless us if we stay diligent to what we are working on a stay consistent! the lord recognizes effort not results! 

 Also something crazy there are like 7 kids here from Gilbert and Mesa it is really cool! Also missionaries can talk to families every week over the phone and i am so excited!

SO yeah week was pretty rough at times. a lot of down and really hard moments. i really cant grasp this language right now. everyone else in the district can but not me. really discouraging, but i still am having a good time. i like it here even though the food is really gross. you really have to get google hangouts and we ca skype through it next week! thank you for sending pictures. i was wondering if you could send pictues of like my truck, and just more pictures of any friends, cousins, you guys! ive been hearing tons about my mission i guess its really cold hahaha  how cold it will actually be because opeople here think every thing is either super hot or cold ive been chillin the whole time! my brazilian roomates are sooooooo funny! i really am going to miss them ill send a pictures of the when i can! i really cant wait to talk on the phone next week! tell everyone i love them hope eveyone is doing great! also i lost my razor and idk what im going to hahahha. okay got to go! love you tons send me more picturessss
